Exhibits will be in the Frontenac Foyer, Westin Harbour Conference Centre (lower level).
Set up will take place from 1900-2000 on Wednesday, June 12, alternatively you may set up on Thursday June 13th btw 0630-0715 hours.
Exhibit space will be pre-assigned. Every booth will be provided with a 6ft draped table, two chairs and one electric outlet, please remember to bring an extendable power bar.
Friday, June 14 no later than 1700 hours
Exhibitor Name Badges
To ensure company representatives will have their badge ready for pick up at time of conference set up, please complete the Exhibitor Representative Form , no later than Wednesday June 5, 2019.
Shipping and Handling
You may choose one of the two options:
Ship all material directly to the Westin Harbour Castle; to ensure that your material arrives on time to the conference, please utilize the Westin Harbour Shipping Label and Business Centre (PDF).
A friendly reminder your company representatives will be responsible to allocate, retrieve packages from the hotel and be responsible for all shipping, storage charges.
- Your staff may bring your booth material at time of set up or you may chose your own trade show company to set up your booth
